We cannot offer you the many stars or the organization of a large hotel but we can offer you availability and, above all, smiles.

Being away for work or vacation also means looking for new things, being spoiled and not having to worry too much.

We are here for this and our only goal is to make you feel good.

You will find us near the center, on the edge of the pedestrian area, in a quiet location away from the noise and a few minutes walk from both the station and Unità d'Italia square

The rooms

They are doubles and triples, all spacious so you can enjoy the best of space. The strengths are the private bathroom, memory-foam mattress, mini bar with drinks on demand, TV and air conditioning. The only drawback is perhaps the lack of view: in fact, all the rooms overlook internal courtyards. This weakness, however, is balanced by the absence of noise from the street.

Staying in an apartment has always been synonymous with autonomy and security. There is no need to meet other guests if you don't want to. The apartments are designed so that you do not lack anything and you can still count on us for any need.

We remind those who stay in the apartment that we are not allowed to distribute breakfast, appetizers and the like.

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per Capodanno: dalla stazione dei treni si raggiunge a piedi in circa 10/15 min. Noi siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e non essendoci nessuno, la proprietaria ci ha guidati nella sistemazione attraverso sms dettagliati e precisi, mostrandosi molto cordiale e disponibile. Le camere si trovano in un palazzo un po' datato ma all'interno tutto è nuovo e ristrutturato. La nostra camera era al 5° piano, con bagno interno, ampia, pulita, silenziosa con frigo bar, tv, fono e kit cortesia. La colazione era al 4°piano, dove si trova anche la reception, abbondante con dolce e salato e con possibilità di richiedere thè, caffè o cappuccino. Al 4° piano oltre le camere c'è un ambiente comune dove si trova una macchinetta del caffè, un frigo con acqua per gli ospiti e un tavolo con il necessario per mangiare. La posizione è strategica poiché si trova in una traversa di Via Carducci, la via principale, con fermate degli autobus e vicinissima al centro. Accoglienza, disponibilità, cortesia... Contraddistinguono il Residence Sole e Alessandra. Per noi resterà un punto di riferimento, se mai torneremo a Trieste. Grazie!"

"Wir waren für ein Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Sie war sauber, der Ausblick ein Traum und in wirklich kurzer Zeit war man mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, sehr gut, allerlei Auswahl und mit Liebe zubereitet. Garage in der Unterkunft war sehr praktisch. Wir würden wieder buchen."
